Narrative Description of Project: Design coordination, construction planning and supervision of the embassy complex that includes a Chancellery for Norway, housing for staff members, recreational and parking facilities. The project to represent Norway in a modern and quality conscious way but modest in construction.
Description of Actual Services Provided: Project management and Construction Supervision services from inception and options evaluations, concept design, preliminary design, statutory approvals, detailed design through to tender action, construction phase, snagging and de-snagging, testing and commissioning of MEP services, handing over documentation, project handover and final account closure.
