Business Bay Square Development

Project Description: Design and construction of the mixed-use development project comprising a modern shopping mall of approximately 178,000 sqm of lettable area 1,400 parking bays on the multi-level silo, a 130 key branded hotel and 130 apartment towers with ancillary facilities.

Services Provided:

B&L is providing Client Representative services as the Project Director. The entire project scope includes detailed design, cost estimates and tender documentation, construction and handing over.

This also includes assisting the Client in project finance structuring, procurement, and coordination of the Project steering group.
