Kigeri Utalii City Mixed Use Development Project

Narrative Description of Project: Masterplanning, design and construction of 202 acres of mixed use development intended to be a tourism, cultural and educational hub. The site consist of 3 sites i.e. the Northern, CBD and Southern sites and is being implemented in 3 phases with Phase 1 incorporating parts of the Northern and CBD sites comprising, overall Masterplan and trunk infrastructure / enabling works, Project Office, Kigeri Utalii Tower, Kigeri Aqua water bottling plant, Theme park, Tanzania Safari Centre, Winery and coffee roasting museum, Palace and personal library and student accommodation (Shulotel).
Description of Actual Services Provided: B&L is providing project management and construction management services for the entire project from project inception, masterplanning, design and documentation, construction and handover. The services include assisting client in project financing and structuring and Health and Safety services.
