Description of Actual Services Provided: B&L is providing Project Management and Client representative services for the  project close out services including monitoring and tracking of the completion Program, coordination of final snagging, de-snagging, testing and commissioning of MEP services, handing over documentation, processing of occupation certificate and final account closure.

Health Care Project 2

Description of Actual Services Provided: Provision of project management services for the design and construction phases of the  projects including stakeholder engagement and cost / variations control, monitoring the progress of works, and coordinating design deliverables from the Design Consultant.

Health Care Project 3

Description of Actual Services Provided: Provision of project close out services including coordination of final snagging, de-snagging, testing and commissioning of MEP services, handing over documentation, processing of occupation certificate and final account closure.
