Narrative Description of Project: Design and construction of a complex that includes a purpose made mill building, finished goods warehouse including offices, stores, an ablution block for staff, parking facilities, grain handling and storage structures, generator and transformer rooms, a boundary wall, a weighbridge, a yard to facilitate truck deliveries/ dispatch and facilities for guards and drivers.
Description of Actual Services Provided: Provision of project management services design management through to tender action, construction supervision, snagging and de-snagging, testing and commissioning of MEP services, handing over documentation, processing of occupation certificate, project handover and final account closure.
