The scope of design works covers Interior Fit Out, Plumbing & Drainage, Process Hot & Cold Water, HVAC, LPG Gas and Kitchen Hoods, Compressed Air Pipework, Cleaning Foam, Oil Separators, Refrigeration – Chillers & Cold-rooms, Solar Water Heating, Fire-fighting, Detection & Suppression, LV & MV Power, Lighting, Power Backup, Distribution Boards, Transformer, Generator and Data installations.

Services Provided:

Full project Management (PM) services including coordination of Architectural designs, mechanical and electrical designs, Civil/Structural Engineering designs, project cost estimates and value engineering.
