Narrative Description of Project: Rehabilitation & Expansion Works of various sections of the hospital including the Lenses Laboratory, Eye Bank refurbishment, Lasik and Cornea Theatres extension, Main Kitchen and Vitreo Retinal Theatre Refurbishment.

Description of Actual Services Provided: Provision of project management services for the design and construction phases of the Capex projects including stakeholder engagement and cost / variations control, monitoring the progress of works, and coordinating design deliverables from the Design Consultant.
