The project includes 14 Light Gauge Steel Lala Pods, Back of House, Gym and Spa, 2 Bedroom Cottage, Front of House, Bar Area, 12m Shipping Containers Converted to Abolition and storage, 24x Single Rooms including Staircases and Passageway.

Project Management services including construction supervision, contract administration, claims management, snagging and de-snagging, testing and commissioning of MEP services, handing over documentation, processing of occupation certificate, project handover and final account closure.
